In addition to providing a wealth of inspiring lessons and ethical models for our children, our books are also designed to meet the current Common Core State Standards. The Common Core State Standards have been adopted by 45 states, the District of Columbia and four territories as the new K-12 educational standards.
We encourage our children to aspire to be great leaders while simultaneously addressing the pragmatic needs of parents and teachers by aligning our books with the Common Core. Our books are include supplemental materials that have been reviewed by reading analysts and educators who have served on the National Assessment for Educational Progress division of the National Center for Education Statistics. Each story includes discussion questions based on the Common Core Language Arts Standards, a glossary to expand children’s vocabulary, and etymology charts to increase their knowledge of other languages.
